Our Services
Commercial Installations
The commercial sector provides us with the majority of our clients, employed directly or on a subcontract basis through local building companies. We regularly carry out installation work in locations such as offices, retail and industrial units, schools & colleges, military installations, churches, fire stations and prisons.
Domestic Installations
As approved contractor members of both the NICEIC and ECA we are authorised to carry out rewiring and any additions/alterations to electrical installations within domestic dwellings which are required to comply with Part P of the Building Regulations.
Maintenance Services
We provide electrical maintenance services to many local businesses and housing associations, offering established customers a same-day response for emergency situations.
Inspection & Testing
We carry out periodic inspection and testing to electrical installations, emergency lighting, fire alarms and portable appliances. Certification is provided on completion of all testing.
Fire Alarm Systems
For new fire alarm installations or significant alterations to existing systems we employ the services of a qualified systems designer to ensure that any proposed scheme is compliant with all current regulations before installation works are carried out. System commissioning is carried out and full documentation/certification supplied on completion.

All electrical work carried out is tested on completion and certification supplied as necessary, including building control notification for work to domestic dwellings. On larger projects a full documentation package is provided in electronic format (or hard copy on request), which can include electrical design statements, lighting design data, full certification and operation/maintenance instructions.
